Instructions: In a small bowl, combine the room temperature butter and pumpkin spice. Chill in the refrigerator.

- 2 cups of milk
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons sugar to taste
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup strong hot coffee
- Whipped cream
Instructions: Combine the first three ingredients into a saucepan. Heat on medium until hot, Do not bring to a boil. Remove saucepan from the heat and whisk in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and hot coffee. Divide between two coffee mugs. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
